Is it safe to use my credit card?
We utilize a highly reliable & secured encryption technology service to ensure your privacy. However, if you prefer to phone in your credit card information, by all means please do. We take the appropriate measures in ensuring any fraudulent charges or illegal use of a credit card is reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency and issuing bank of the credit card with no exceptions.

How can I purchase a poster with my credit card?
Use our secured online shopping cart, secured online order form or order by phone. Your order is ready to ship if your card or cheque/check payment clears or authorizes.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Paypal payments, Int'l Money Orders and Certified or Un-certified Personalized Checks, Cash(local area purchases only),Int'l Bank Drafts and Int'l ILCs on purchases with order value five thousand or more. We process all orders on a first-come-first-served basis. Rush orders may be arranged and shipped expedited at the additional prevailing carrier rates plus handling charges for the extra paper work and sometimes special packaging. If paying by check/cheque, please allow 1 to 3 weeks for personal cheques to clear bank.

All in-stock items are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your firm order. Methods of shipping options include:

- UPS or Via Airmail within USA depending on location (State)
- UPS or Via Airmail within CA depending on location (Province) - Expedited (Express or priority) Airmail upon special request (extra charges apply)
- UPS Rush(extra charges apply)
- Fedex upon request (extra charge applies)
- Other methods of shipment can be arranged upon request. Normally, we ship first class via air mail or UPS.
- Shipping rates vary and contingent upon order quantity and shipping destination.

What is your approximate delivery time?
Delivery time is subject to uncontrollable delays that might occur as a result of
transportation delays, acts of God, fortuitous events or other causes of delays
beyond our control:

Can I cancel an order after I have placed it?
Yes. You must send us an email notification as soon as possible. (We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process).

Can I return a poster?
Yes, as long as we receive it in the same original and saleable condition as it was shipped. Unopened art prints, posters, photos or other items you have purchased, may be returned within 30 days for a prompt refund. We offer only "exchanges" for "opened" art prints, posters and photos. Return by regular mail only after receiving prior approval. Returns via UPS, Canpar, Fedex will not be accepted without prior approval. We refund the retail price (we do not refund shipping). We do our best to replace a damaged poster and liaise with our various carriers on the matter if the need arises.

How do you package posters, art prints & photos?
Posters shipped rolled in sturdy postal mailing tubes. Art prints are shipped loosely rolled or flat depending on size. 11 x 17s Movie posters & Photos shipped flat with protective cardboard, miniposters rolled, and vintage (very old) posters shipped folded-flat. We strive to ensure your orders will arrive to you undamaged. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact your carrier right away or contact us for further instructions. We encourage insurance. Add $2 to your order for insurance (for Canadian Residents). All other country residents add $3 (optional).

I cannot find a thumbnail picture to preview on the Site?
We will send the image electronically via email upon your request. Our site represent only a fraction of available titles, so please feel free to inquire about favorites not shown online.
