Thank you promoting this poster. I had been searching for this for quite some time and finally found it from you guys. Thanks to Google's Search Engine. It's a spectacular and scholarly poster. The layout of the waterfall and poem bodes quite well. We have a multicultural work force and my job in keeping the peace and harmony in the shop has been a challenge. Since putting up DESIDERATA on the wall in the coffee room in everyone's view, myself and other supervisors have seen a big change in how our workers relate to one another. No more nasty comments! No more racial slurs! No more bad talking the boss or at least no evidence of it. We attribute this behavioral change to the great message on self-concept conveyed in the poster. I used your poster in a workshop "Promoting Assertiveness in the Workplace" to emphasize the point "to be loved by everyone is an irrational idea!" The problem with this World is that a lot of people bank on the idea that they must be loved by everyone. If they read Desiderata they would be better informed. I like this poster because of the thought provoking words. The waterfall reminds my kids of the waterfall in Niagra Falls. I now have one pinned-up in each of their rooms and they just love it. I encourage others to buy this poster. I received my desiderata poster today and it looks great. Great lamination job. I haven't seen lamination that well done in quite some time. Cheers! I actually studied the desiderata poem in school and it remains my favorite poem, although I love the Lady of Shalott equally as much too. Both are comforting and refreshing but I find Desiderata more beneficial and practical as it gives a near perfect perspective on the realities of life and humanistic situations.
